To use just rub the lotion bar between your hands to gently warm and slowly melt the bar to apply to your hands, feet or body. This product is not intended to be left in a warm environment and maintain it's shape. It will melt if left in a hot car or outside. 
 
All of my solid lotion bars are made with beeswax, shea butter, liquid oils such as sunflower oil, sweet almond or avocado, vitamin e oil and fragrance oil.
