Returns
Due to the nature of my bath and body products, I cannot accept returns especially on any opened or used products. However, I want my customers to be happy with their purchase. If there is an issue, please contact me and I will do my best to remedy it.

Eggs and microgreens and live animals are also non-returnable.
Shipping
All items listed on my site are made and ready to ship UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED in the product description.
Orders placed are shipped within 1 - 2 business days unless a holiday closure is posted on the home page.

I will ship your order via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail based on your selection made at the time of placing your order. Please note that once your order is placed the address cannot be changed and the order cannot be altered.
Orders over $75.00 will ship for free. If there is extra room after packaging your order, I may contact you to see if you wish to include additional items.
Most orders will arrive within 3 - 5 business days from shipment depending on your location and shipping option selected. If you have not received an order shown as delivered by the shipper you must notify me within 24 hours in order to have any recourse against the shipper. I am not responsible for the products once they leave my possession during shipment.
Once your order has shipped an email will be forwarded to you.

For customers in the Pahrump and Las Vegas, NV area, I do offer free local pickup now. I will contact you to arrange a pickup location and time so please be sure to leave a valid contact number that you can be reached at.
General
Please be sure to read all product descriptions prior to placing your order. Pictures may include multiple products for imagery but the item for sale may only be 1 vs 2 or 3 in the picture. Any photo accessories (flowers, gems, stands, etc.) will not be included in any order.

Each item may have slight variations in color, pattern and size based on the nature of handmade small batches of products.

Please read all item ingredients as they are listed for your safety in case of allergy. Please do not order any items that you have a known allergy to.

Please do not attempt to eat any of my products as they are not intended to be eaten despite what their shape, color, ingredients or scent may be.

If you experience any reaction from any of my products, please immediately discontinue use and consult a physician. I am not qualified to diagnose a specific medical condition or allergy.
